GET INVOLVED!
There is a lot happening in the Guild! There are Theater Service Activities, in which Guild volunteers provide services to DTC performers and staff, and enjoy direct interaction with them. Member Benefit Activities combine educational and social components at interesting locations around town – and sometimes out of town. There are also Guild administrative activities, including membership, communications, financial, and general management functions.
Read on and get involved!
THEATER SERVICE ACTIVITIES
Guild members are always welcome to volunteer for these activities, which are highly valued by DTC staff members.
Meet-and-Greet
As work on each play begins, Guild volunteers hear the Artistic Director’s high-energy overview of the play, and meet the design artists, the stars in the cast, and the production crew. You’ll also meet members of the DTC Board of Trustees. Guild members bring food for these luncheon events.

Lobby Greeters
Guild volunteers greet theater-goers and point them in the right direction at the Wyly and Kalita Humphries theaters. For some guests, it may be their first time. It may also be an opportunity to invite them to join the Guild.
